DELIVERY OPTIONS

Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.95
Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel on the next working day, including Saturdays. However, delivery can take up to two working days. You will receive a tracking code so that you can track your parcel. Any orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day. Orders received after that cut-off will be despatched the following working day.

Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.95
Royal Mail aim to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days, including Saturday but this is not guaranteed. You will receive a tracking code so that you can track your parcel.

Next Working Day Delivery: £8.95.
Guaranteed next working day delivery for orders received by 2pm Monday to Friday. A signature will be required on delivery of your order. Delivery will be by 1pm, it is not possible to arrange a specific time slot for the delivery.

Guaranteed Saturday Delivery: £13.50.
Guaranteed delivery by 1pm on Saturday for orders received by 2pm on a Friday. A signature will be required on delivery of your order. It is not possible to arrange a specific time slot for the delivery.

International Delivery: EU countries £9.99/Rest of World £19.99.
Royal Mail aim to deliver EU orders within 4-8 days and Rest of World orders within 8-14 days, however this is not guaranteed. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Click And Collect: £0.00: This is available within our current opening hours.  

Click and collect is free from our Sawston boutique – 4 Mill Lane, Sawston, Cambridge, CB22 3HZ. Your order will be available in store to collect after 48 hours of your purchase. If you require your order more quickly than this please let us know.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What’s your returns policy?
We are confident that you will be delighted with your order; however we understand that there are occasions where you may wish to return items. We offer a no quibble returns policy provided you notify us of your reason to return goods to us within 14 days of receipt of your order, you then have a further 14 days in which to return your item(s) to us. All we ask is that you return the goods in all their original packaging and condition, including the outer box, unworn and in a re-saleable condition. We are not able to offer refunds on earrings due to hygiene reasons and items that are not returned in a re-saleable condition. We are also unable to refund the delivery costs unless the item received was damaged or faulty.

How do I return an item?
If you’d like to return an item please use the returns form in the parcel, at the bottom of the Sales Receipt. Please complete the form with your reason for return and include it in the parcel. We do need a note of your order number so that we can process your return efficiently. A returns address label is also provided. Please make sure you have proof of postage for any returns. We cannot be liable for any items lost in transit on their way back to us without proof of postage. At this time we do not offer free returns for items that are not damaged or faulty, and you are required to pay for returns postage.

What if the item I have received is damaged or faulty?
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty items, we will happily issue a replacement free of charge on receipt of the returned item. If you do not require a replacement of a damaged or faulty item, we will refund you the full cost of the item including delivery charge and cost of returning the item.

Do you offer exchanges?
If you would like to order a different item or size please return your order and re-order the correct item from our website.

How long does it take for me to receive a refund?
If you have requested a refund, please allow up to 14 days from receipt of your returned items, for refund to be processed. The refund can only be credited back onto the original card used to purchase the item. If you are registered with us, you will be able to log in and track the status of your return.

What happens if I return an item outside the 14 day period?
Please be aware that if an item is returned to us after our returns period has ended, then we can only offer an exchange or credit note, we are unable to offer a full refund.
